An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Teesside. This is a fast-paced role where customer care always comes first. Sytner Trainee Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we deliver the highest possible levels of service.
Job Responsibility:
Managing both inbound and outbound booking calls
Scheduling customer bookings
Providing clear information
Ensuring every caller receives an exceptional level of service
Supporting Service Advisors to provide outstanding customer care
Acting as the vital link between customers and the workshop
Keeping customers informed throughout their vehicle service
Answering customer questions
Liaising closely with technicians and workshop control to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely completion
Giving clear and confident advice on products and services
Building rapport and understanding customer needs
Delivering a professional and friendly experience
Requirements:
Willingness to learn and progress
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer-focused approach
Background in customer service, particularly in a busy or call-handling environment (beneficial)
Experience with Kerridge (advantage but not essential)
