Job Description

Our Poker Deck is London’s best and we’re looking for skilled and confident Trainee Senior Poker Dealer/Cashier to join the team. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality poker games, ensuring fairness, accuracy, ensuring all games and activities are run within the structures and rules of the LCCP.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the poker room
  • Ensure gaming is conducted fairly and in accordance with company procedures
  • Process player transactions and manage cash desk activities
  • Assist with tournament registration, administration, and prize distribution
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and seating players
  • Monitor games, resolve routine issues, and support dealers and supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records and report incidents or procedural breaches
  • Ensure poker room equipment and work areas are organised and operational.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience dealing poker games in a busy casino environment
  • Strong knowledge of poker rules, hand rankings, and game flow
  • Excellent numeracy, concentration, and attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage high-stakes games
  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
  • You must be over 18 years of age.
