Job Responsibility:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
  • Assist in care planning, and record-keeping
  • Administer medication
  • Learn leadership skills to supervise and guide care staff
  • Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment

Requirements:

  • Experienced Care/Support Worker with a minimum of SVQ 2
  • Registered with the SSSC
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to attend our Senior Care Worker Training Programme and develop into the senior role
