Are you a Psychology graduate, an experienced EYFS practitioner, or a Support Worker looking for a definitive, fully funded route into teaching? Skip the university debt. This pioneering SEN school in Cranleigh is offering a structured 2-year earn-while-you-learn programme that takes you from a 1:1 assistant to a fully qualified Lead Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). The 2-Year Training & Promotion Pathway: 1:1 Support Assistant, Qualified Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), ABA Level 1 Teacher (Specialist Autism Qualification), Lead Teacher (Achieve your QTS-fully funded).
