Job Description

This pioneering SEN school in Cranleigh is offering a structured 2-year earn-while-you-learn programme that takes you from a 1:1 assistant to a fully qualified Lead Teacher with QTS.

Job Responsibility

  • 1:1 Support Assistant
  • Qualified Teaching Assistant (TA)
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
  • ABA Level 1 Teacher
  • Lead Teacher (achieve QTS)

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in UK education, Early Years (EYFS), or children's residential care homes
  • GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Valid UK Right to Work with no visa expiration within the next 12 months
