Job Responsibility
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small class basis
Planning and delivering engaging lessons focused on communication and life skills
Supporting social, emotional and behavioural development
Working collaboratively with Behaviour Analysts, Therapists and teaching staff
Helping students build independence and confidence
Maintaining a calm, positive and structured learning environment
Requirements
Experience supporting children or individuals with disabilities
GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or equivalent
Calm and resilient approach under pressure
