Job Responsibility
Plan and lead lessons to support students' social and emotional growth as well as helping pupils achieve the highest level of academic success
Use structured techniques to help students thrive and maintain a calm environment
Support students' daily needs, including personal care, playtime, and educational trips, as part of a collaborative team

Requirements
Relevant prior experience working with children or individuals with autism/disabilities within similar roles
Resilience and flexibility in a changing and challenging environment with learners who have autism and a range of support needs
Committed and dedicated individual with a can-do attitude
Eligibility to work in the UK
Able to provide your own transportation due to the school's remote location.
Nice to have
Minimum Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths
An Early Years qualification is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
