Job Description

Trainee SEN Teacher. Location: Cranleigh, Surrey (On-site). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent. Training: 100% Fully Funded by the School. This pioneering SEN school in Cranleigh is offering a structured 2-year earn-while-you-learn programme that takes you from a 1:1 assistant to a fully qualified Lead Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). The 2-Year Training & Promotion Pathway: 1:1 Support Assistant; Qualified Teaching Assistant (TA); Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA); ABA Level 1 Teacher (Specialist Autism Qualification); Lead Teacher (Achieve your QTS-fully funded).
