Job Description

This pioneering SEN school in Cranleigh is offering a structured 2-year earn-while-you-learn programme that takes you from a 1:1 assistant to a fully qualified Lead Teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). The 2-Year Training & Promotion Pathway: 1:1 Support Assistant; Qualified Teaching Assistant (TA); Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA); ABA Level 1 Teacher; Lead Teacher (Achieve your QTS-fully funded). The school specialises in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Strict No-Restraint Policy. Small Class Sizes: Max sizes of 6-8 students per class. Ability-Based Learning. World-Class Facilities.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in UK education, Early Years (EYFS), or children's residential care homes
  • Education: GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Right to Work: Valid UK Right to Work with no visa expiration within the next 12 months

Nice to have

A degree or background in Psychology is highly desirable
