Trainee SEN Specialist / Teaching Assistant (Fully Funded Qualifications). Salary: £22,996 - £25,068 (Actual annual salary) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus. Location: Meldreth, Cambridgeshire. The Role & Who We Are Looking For: You will be trained to deliver individualised, specialist support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning, anxiety, and sensory overload. We don't require years of classroom experience. We are looking for driven, solution-focused individuals who possess: Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English (essential).
