KFH’s sales negotiator trainee programme is a 6 month placement where a group of determined and driven individuals will learn everything they need to know about being a KFH sales negotiator.

Requirements:

  • early in their career
  • first step into property
  • graduate wanting to learn about sales in property
  • looking for a career change (e.g., from travel or hospitality industries)
  • understand how to deliver service with care
  • first rate communication skills
  • determined and driven

  • Partner with Senior consultants to help fill high-priority vacancies
  • Support candidates throughout the process - coaching for interviews, negotiating offers, and guiding through resignations
  • Record candidate insights with precision in our CRM, helping us maintain our legendary reputation for detail and quality
