We’re launching our Training Academy and are looking to hire high‑potential Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join Mint Selection as we continue to grow. The role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join our structured training programme, where you’ll learn the fundamentals of recruitment in a high‑performance but supportive environment. You’ll gain exposure to senior‑level clients and candidates from early on, with the tools and guidance to build confidence quickly.
