Job Responsibility:
Supporting financial and technical aspects of the contract including procurement, invoicing, payments, cash flow and cost control
Learning to create cost efficiencies, maximising value and making a profit
Meeting and working with direct labour and subcontractors
Developing and maintaining relationships with team, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Learning to procure materials and subcontractors through negotiation
Supporting production of monthly commercial reports including Cost Value Reconciliations
Becoming involved in tendering and winning new work
Managing relationships with key clients
Requirements:
Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent (Level 3)
Maths GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C or above
Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis
Logical, analytical approach
Interest in numeracy/maths
Excellent IT skills
Enjoy engaging with a wide variety of people
