Job Description

At DCS Group, quality and compliance sit at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted partner to some of the world’s leading FMCG brands for over 30 years, we’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity across our operations. We’re now looking for a Trainee Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our growing Quality & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career within quality assurance, compliance, and risk management — with full training, mentoring, and structured development provided. Based across our Banbury and Redditch sites, you’ll work closely with the Group Quality & Compliance Team to gain hands-on experience across quality assurance, auditing, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced FMCG environment. • Help identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the Quality & Compliance team and wider departments
  • Participate in team meetings, cross-functional projects, and operational initiatives
  • Act as a junior point of contact for compliance-related queries under supervision
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in Quality & Compliance
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
