Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established letting agency in Edinburgh as a Trainee Property Manager. You'll receive full training and support to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with inventories, tenant check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and manage tenancy leases
  • Handle landlord and tenant queries
  • Schedule property inspections and compile reports
  • Conduct property viewings and update landlords
  • Support management of rent arrears and tenancy deposits
  • Learn about HMO licensing, tenant referencing, and maintenance coordination

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
