Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established letting agency in Edinburgh as a Trainee Property Manager. You'll receive full training and support to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with inventories, tenant check-ins and check-outs
Prepare and manage tenancy leases
Handle landlord and tenant queries
Schedule property inspections and compile reports
Conduct property viewings and update landlords
Support management of rent arrears and tenancy deposits
Learn about HMO licensing, tenant referencing, and maintenance coordination

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration and customer service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Professional appearance and attitude
Full clean driving licence
