Job Description:

Trainee Project Manager, Overbury. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Site and Project Managers. This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme). The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring over 3 years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting with the site set up
  • Supporting with condition surveys and validations
  • Supporting the management of project delivery
  • Supporting with daily checks to ensure health & safety
  • Supporting the team to ensure quality installation
  • Supporting with the management of the client team and subcontractors
  • Supporting with project close out and snagging

Requirements:

  • A Level DDE or
  • BTEC Level 3 qualification in construction or a related subject - MPP or
  • Level 3 T Level Pass in Craft and Design
  • Design and development for engineering and manufacturing
  • Design, surveying and planning for construction
  • On-site construction
  • Science
  • Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points
  • Access to Higher Education Diploma from an approved further education institution
  • 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK
