Trainee Project Engineering

The two-year trainee program combines broad, cross-departmental training with the opportunity to gain in-depth know-how and practical experience in the areas of sales and project engineering. It is divided into three phases: Overview (approx. 4 weeks): Introduction to the goals, organization, processes, and interrelationships of the individual departments; Cross-departmental onboarding (approx. 12 months): You will get to know various departments through assignments lasting several days or weeks and take on your first tasks and projects; Focus area “Project Engineering”: You will deepen your knowledge in project engineering and sales and assume responsibility for your own projects. A multi-week assignment at one of the AKG Group’s international subsidiaries is also planned.
