Trainee Production Supervisor - Nightshift

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Supervisor to join our fast-paced production team in our seasonal factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or team-leading experience who is ready to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment. This role includes admin duties such as production checks, attendance recording and performance management duties with other employees, therefore a level of English reading and writing skills are required. As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and managers to learn all aspects of production leadership. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with food safety and quality standards. We will provide full training to help you fulfil your potential. This team is due to begin on the 7th June 2026, however training will be provided alongside the dayshift team in the week before the commencement of nightshift.
