Job Description:

As a Trainee Precast Installer, you will work as part of a specialist site crew, assisting in the installation of precast concrete products such as flooring, stairs, walls, and structural components on construction sites across England. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and real opportunities to progress within the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with the safe and efficient installation of precast units on site
  • Follow instructions from experienced team leaders and site managers
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment (full training provided)
  • Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times
  • Travel to and from site locations as required

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding role
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable

Nice to have:

Previous construction/site experience is helpful but not essential
