This opportunity is designed for recent graduates keen on launching a rewarding career within our esteemed law firm. You'll receive thorough on-site training, ensuring you're well-prepared to excel in your role. Your input will be crucial in enhancing the quality of service we offer to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build up a caseload of Personal Injury files, giving consideration to relevant regulations and legislation, while ensuring accurate valuation and providing clients with appropriate advice
  • Ensure the client obtains the appropriate level of compensation for their personal injury and losses, in accordance with regulations and legislations
  • Ensure that all disbursements incurred are proportionate and recovered from the other side by uploading them to the relevant claims portal
  • Ensure all evidence is uploaded to the relevant claims portals to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and Winn Group
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used
  • Uphold the core values of Winn Group
  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
