Job Description:

An award winning financial planning practice are looking to add a Trainee Paraplanner to their successful support team. This role will undertake technical admin work and will also have exposure to trainee paraplanning work to develop your career in that direction. The role will be to provide high level support to the experienced financial planners across the full advice range including investments and pensions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing the submission of new & top up business to relevant provider platforms, checking adviser has provided full compliance requirements
  • Updating the back-office system with the new business and uploading all relevant documents
  • Working with a number of provider platforms - to add expectations for new monies in
  • Processing Switches
  • Purchasing and selling of funds
  • Paying out ad hoc income requests
  • Annual Client Review Reports
  • Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings
  • Ad hoc Projects

Requirements:

Currently an experienced Financial Planning Administrator or Trainee Paraplanner
