Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and caring Trainee Nursery Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for an experienced early years professional who is ready to take the next step into leadership. Training and ongoing support will be provided. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare, recognised by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) or relevant awarding body
  • at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting
  • a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition, safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • be confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5 years, in line with Care Inspectorate standards
