Requirements

You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE)
At least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
Confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years

Job Responsibility

Maintain strong understanding of brand positioning, audience insight and customer behaviour
Supporting the Head of Marketing on specific brand related projects
Own the content plan and calendars for your brand, creating purpose-led, digital first content
Work with designers & content creators to produce multi‑format assets (social, blogs, case studies, itineraries, brochures, email, video, presentations)
