Rider Academy is your pathway to becoming a Postie, with full training, ongoing support, and a structured plan to achieve your full motorcycle licence — all while working in a meaningful role that makes a difference.

Job Responsibility

  • Starting early in the morning, sorting mail and small parcels with your teammates
  • Performing daily safety checks on your vehicle
  • Delivering mail and parcels on your bike/vehicle, rain or shine, to homes and businesses
  • Flexible to work across multiple sites as needed
  • Learning, growing, and making your mark with ongoing mentoring and leadership development

Requirements

  • You must already hold a full car driving license
  • A passion for learning and a strong sense of commitment
  • Willing to complete licensing with our support. Must be able to pass the Pre-Learner Course for geared motorcycles
  • Physical fitness to lift upto 16kg regularly and meet our safe working vehicle load limit of weighing under 100kgs fully clothed (including helmet)
  • Commitment to working Monday to Friday commencing 6am, with flexibility on finishing times is required
  • Successful candidates will be required to attend a mandatory three-day, in-person induction and training session in Mansfield
