Job Description:

We are looking for two motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Manual QA Engineers to join a paid 3-month internship program with a clear opportunity to receive a full-time offer based on performance. This role is perfect for those who have recently completed QA courses, love digging into product behavior, and want to learn from experienced QA engineers while working on real client projects. Project: A web application that levels the information playing field by providing high-quality research & analytics delivered through a cost-effective subscription model that helps executives make informed decisions, identify and seize opportunities, and heighten their effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participate in the software development lifecycle together with developers, designers, and PMs
  • Perform manual testing of new features and existing functionality
  • Create, update, and execute test cases and checklists
  • Report bugs clearly with reproduction steps and expected results
  • Help maintain QA documentation and improve testing processes
  • Learn best QA practices under the guidance of experienced QA engineers and grow into a Junior role

Requirements:

  • Completion of QA courses, bootcamps, or personal testing projects
  • Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA concepts
  • Understanding of web-based and mobile application testing
  • Familiarity with test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation (even from courses or pet projects)
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts
  • Familiarity with bug-tracking and test-management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Basic knowledge of REST API testing
  • SQL basics or experience working with databases
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS
