Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in the food industry
Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and planning skills
Passionate about customer service and maintaining a professional image
Energetic, motivating, and fully customer-focused
Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) required
Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends

Job Responsibility

Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its targets
Lead and support team members daily, ensuring high standards are maintained
Be hands-on, leading by example, and committed to developing your team
Train the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
Assist the Store Manager with employee relations as needed

Job Responsibility

Be responsible for shifts and the crew ensuring company standards are met & kept by everyone
Lead by example with the customer experience being a top priority for you
Complete management tasks necessary for a business including cash control, inventory management, temperature and equipment checks
Be part of a fast moving, high energy team supporting each other on every shift
Deliver perfect products to your customers, day in, day out
Ensure customers are all served efficiently, accurately and in a friendly manner, ensuring that food is prepared hot, served quickly and presented to the Burger King standard
Keep the Dining Area free from litter and clean all surfaces regularly
Answer customer queries or promptly direct customer complaints to the manager
Recognise and act on individual customer needs e.g. parents with children, elderly and disabled customers
Advise customers of menu items and promotion offers
