Supermac’s is looking for an experienced supervisor with several years of leadership experience who is ready to take the next step into a managerial role. As a Trainee Manager, you will: Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its targets. Lead and support team members daily, ensuring high standards are maintained. Be hands-on, leading by example and committed to developing your team. Train the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations. Coordinate in-store sales and promotions. Assist the Store Manager with employee relations as needed. Your Profile: Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in the food industry. Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and planning skills. Passionate about customer service and maintaining a professional image. Energetic, motivating, and fully customer-focused. Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) required. Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.
