We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee/Junior Project Manager to join our team. If you have a foundational understanding of how IT products are built and ready to move from theory to real-world project coordination, this is the perfect place to start!
Job Responsibility:
Support daily project activities: coordinating development teams, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks move forward
Assist in project planning, managing timelines and people management
Help maintain clear communication between the team and clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help organize them
Assist in creating and maintain management documentation
Participate in ORIL’s Project Management Community.
Requirements:
Approximately 0.5+ years of experience in IT as a Junior PM or coordination/management roles in other industries
Completion of a specialized IT PM course
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher
Strong business written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with negotiation and resolving issues

Nice to have:
Previous experience in a technical role (QA, Support, Junior Dev)
