Wetelo is looking for a motivated Trainee IT Sales Manager in Lutsk who is eager to grow in the field of IT Sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • participation in searching for and communicating with potential clients (mainly via Upwork)
  • working with the HubSpot CRM system and supporting sales processes
  • assisting in preparing presentations and commercial proposals
  • gradual participation in client calls
  • transitioning to more independent tasks within the sales direction

Requirements:

  • basic understanding of sales processes in IT (lead generation, client communication, CRM)
  • completed courses in sales, business communication, or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • strong Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
  • good communication skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn
