We’re looking for a motivated Trainee IMS Co-ordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in sustainability, auditing, compliance and operational support within a major highways business.

Job Responsibility

  • Help collect and monitor carbon and sustainability data
  • Get involved in circular economy and recycling initiatives
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Help produce sustainability reports and case studies
  • Assist with depot safety checks, fire drills and housekeeping reviews
  • Keep key business documents updated on our internal systems
  • Work closely with our Business Manager and operational teams
