Job Description:

Are you passionate about people and looking to start your career in HR? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee HR Assistant to join our friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Helping with onboarding and induction activities
Responding to general HR queries and providing excellent service to employees
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives

Requirements:

A genuine interest in Human Resources and people development
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A willingness to learn and grow within the role
