Trainee Fire and Security Technician

• Carry out inspection, tests and a thorough examination of clients fire alarms and protection equipment within their facilities
• Drive the company vehicle to and from site visits ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Excellent customer service skills ensuring every customer is given the same service
• Ensuring a polite and courteous manner is given to every customer
• Dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone and responding to urgent enquiries

• Excellent face to face customer service skills
• Full Driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Positive and self motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to work from your own initiative but also as part of a team when required
• Access to your own transport and a driving licence (with no more than 6 points)

Studied engineering at college / university

• Full training on a wide range of the companies products by being sent on both industry and manufacturer training courses or using their dedicated in house training facilities
