Trainee Fiduciary External Account Officer

• Third-Party Account Management & CDD Administration: Be the go-to person for opening and maintaining third-party accounts, ensuring all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are met
• Client Due Diligence (CDD) Support: Handle due diligence requests promptly to keep accounts in good standing, managing risks and escalating concerns when needed
• System Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure RBC's core systems are updated correctly and comply with regulatory frameworks
• Fee Management: Assist in billing and tracking fee income to support profitability and Work in Progress (WIP) recovery targets
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside experts in fiduciary services, compliance, and client handling to deliver best-in-class solutions
