Job Responsibility
Carry out enforcement activity, including executing Liability Orders
Make in-person visits, assess circumstances, and secure payments or recover goods
Manage a varied caseload, using investigative skills to locate individuals, with a strong focus on persistent evaders and high-priority cases
Identify non-compliance or evasion tactics and respond with proactive, evidence-led solutions
When needed, lead sensitive conversations - including with vulnerable people - using empathy, professionalism, and calm conflict resolution
Maintain accurate records, manage payments, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements
Work flexibly, including early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends, with travel and overnight stays where required
Requirements
Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months experience and no more than 6 points
