Job Description

This is a role with real impact. Youll manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. As a trusted representative of Marston Holdings, youll use sound judgement, handle a wide range of interactions, and maintain consistently high standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out enforcement activity, including executing Liability Orders
  • Make in-person visits, assess circumstances, and secure payments or recover goods
  • Manage a varied caseload, using investigative skills to locate individuals, with a strong focus on persistent evaders and high-priority cases
  • Identify non-compliance or evasion tactics and respond with proactive, evidence-led solutions
  • When needed, lead sensitive conversations - including with vulnerable people - using empathy, professionalism, and calm conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate records, manage payments, and ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational requirements
  • Work flexibly, including early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends, with travel and overnight stays where required
