Marston Holdings is seeking driven individuals to join our field operations team as Trainee Enforcement Agents, with full training and support provided to achieve City & Guilds Certification. This is not your typical enforcement role. You will manage complex and sensitive situations, execute warrants, and address persistent rates evasion with professionalism and integrity. You’ll be a trusted representative of our organisation-using sound judgment, handling high-stakes interactions, and upholding the highest industry standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver enforcement actions, including Liability Orders, with a focus on persistent evaders and high-profile cases
  • Independently manage a diverse caseload, using investigative techniques to locate individuals, assess situations, and secure payments or recover goods
  • Carry out in-person visits and handle sensitive conversations-including with vulnerable individuals-using empathy, professionalism, and effective conflict resolution skills
  • Complete accurate documentation, manage payment collections, and follow all regulatory and procedural standards
  • Identify and respond to sophisticated non-compliance or evasion strategies with proactive, evidence-based solutions
  • Conduct visits during early mornings, some evenings, and occasional weekends
  • Travel and overnight stays may be required depending on operational demands
