Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage customer relationships by handling all pre-sales and post-sales requirements in line with customer demands
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries, concerns, and grievances
  • Acquire and analyze market intelligence to support sales planning and decision-making, Identify new leads and develop strategies to enhance and expand the customer base
  • Identify, coordinate, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Management, Finance, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams, across pre-sales, sales, deployment, service, and billing stages
  • Ensure the Sales Operations team maintains updated customer records, including customer profiles, sales history, contracts, service scope, and all related communications within the customer account management application

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Fresh graduates)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer management abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
