Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage customer relationships by handling all pre-sales and post-sales requirements in line with customer demands
Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly to customer queries, concerns, and grievances
Acquire and analyze market intelligence to support sales planning and decision-making, Identify new leads and develop strategies to enhance and expand the customer base
Identify, coordinate, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Management, Finance, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams, across pre-sales, sales, deployment, service, and billing stages
Ensure the Sales Operations team maintains updated customer records, including customer profiles, sales history, contracts, service scope, and all related communications within the customer account management application
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Fresh graduates)
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer management abilities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
