Job Description

Trainee Construction Manager, Overbury. We are looking for a Trainee Construction Manager, who is wanting to move into a site-based apprenticeship position. The role will report to the Construction Director and would be responsible for supporting and learning from Construction and Project Managers. This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme). The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training, rotations and mentoring over 3 years.

  • Supporting with condition surveys and validations
  • Supporting the management of project delivery
  • Supporting with daily checks to ensure health & safety
  • Supporting the team to ensure quality installation
  • Supporting with the management of the client team and subcontractors
  • Supporting with project close out and snagging

Requirements

  • A Level DD
  • BTEC National Diploma PPP
  • T Level Pass
  • Access to HE qualifications with 21 Merits
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in related subject
  • Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points
  • GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK
  • Commitment to a career within the fit out sector
  • Attributes: curiosity, teamwork, ambition, drive and responsibility
