Job Responsibility

  • As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts
  • Learn about the different meat cuts and specifications
  • Work in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislation
  • After training is completed have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
