Are you ambitious, confident, and eager to start a career in sales or business development? We’re hiring a Trainee Business Development Executive to join a fast-growing B2B sales team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive, personality, and the motivation to succeed — no prior sales experience is needed. You’ll receive full training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching from day one, helping you quickly progress and start earning commission.

Job Responsibility:

Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Qualify prospects and book appointments
Manage your pipeline using a CRM system
Build rapport and maintain relationships with decision-makers
Work to clear, achievable targets with full support and training
Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture

Requirements:

Ambition and a desire to build a successful sales career
Confidence speaking to people over the phone
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
Resilience and a positive attitude towards targets and feedback
Basic IT skills and willingness to work in an office-based environment

Nice to have:

Experience in customer service, retail, call centre, or telesales
