As a Trainee Business Developer, you will: Ensure business continuity by substituting and shadowing Business Developers in your Area Sales Manager’s (ASM) team (Volos- Larisa). Manage customer relationships, drive sales, and secure excellent in-store execution following Business Developer’s guidance. Adapt quickly to different routes, priorities, and customer needs, making you a valuable partner to both the company and our clients. Visit customers daily, alongside another Business Developer to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Execute sales activities, merchandising standards, and activations, ensuring brand visibility and availability according to Business Developer’s guidance.
Support the market with insights by collecting and sharing customer information.
Manage company assets placed in customer locations responsibly.
Use our digital tools to access real-time insights and maximize effectiveness in the field.
Collaborate with your Sales Team Leader (STL), ASM, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Trade Marketing) to deliver results.
Requirements:
University degree (AEI/TEI or equivalent).
Previous experience in sales, Horeca or in small retail will be considered an advantage.
Valid driving license.
Availability and flexibility to move across territories within your assigned ASM area (Volos- Larisa).
Ability to work independently, always focusing on customer needs.
Strong results orientation, passion for sales, and ambition to grow your career.
