About your new Job: As a Trainee Business Developer, you will: Ensure business continuity by substituting and shadowing Business Developers in your Area Sales Manager’s (ASM) team. Manage customer relationships, drive sales, and secure excellent in-store execution following Business Developer’s guidance. Adapt quickly to different routes, priorities, and customer needs, making you a valuable partner to both the company and our clients. Gain hands-on experience and relevant commercial capabilities that prepare you for future appointments into a Business Developer role through specialized internal academies. What You’ll Do: Visit customers daily, alongside another Business Developer to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Execute sales activities, merchandising standards, and activations, ensuring brand visibility and availability according to Business Developer’s guidance. Support the market with insights by collecting and sharing customer information. Manage company assets placed in customer locations responsibly. Use our digital tools to access real-time insights and maximize effectiveness in the field. Collaborate with your Sales Team Leader (STL), ASM, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Trade Marketing) to deliver results.
