We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join our team. Job Responsibility

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather clear and concise business requirements
  • Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable requirements
  • Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to ensure all requirements are aligned with business objectives
  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding of requirements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Use Cases
  • Follow existing business analysis processes and methodologies to ensure consistency in project execution
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements where applicable
  • Collaborate with various teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis
  • Proactively seek opportunities for professional development, such as training courses, certifications, or attending relevant conferences

Requirements

  • Prior internship or academic experience in business analysis or related fields is a plus, but not required
  • Strong interest in learning about business processes and how technology solutions can be applied
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques
  • Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis
  • Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
