Job Description:

Become a Trainee Bus/Coach Driver at Hinkley Point C. This is your chance to join the team driving passengers to and from one of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects. At SPS, our drivers don’t just get people to work — they keep the project moving. And we do it together, with professional training, great pay, and genuine support from day one.

Job Responsibility:

Driving passengers to and from one of the UK’s most exciting infrastructure projects
Keep the project moving

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence (held for at least 24 months)
Great people skills — friendly, reliable, and professional
A flexible approach to shifts (days or nights)
Willing to undergo the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check and obtain a DBS certificate

What we offer:

Night premiums (18:00–23:00 = 14%, 23:00–06:00 = 25%)
Weekend/overtime pay (25%)
5% matched pension
