Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in writing, editing and developing clear, persuasive bid and tender responses
  • Work closely with the Bid Supervisor to learn bid-writing best practice, structure and compliance requirements
  • Review tender documents to understand client questions, requirements and evaluation criteria
  • Help gather and organise information from internal teams to support high-quality written submissions
  • Support the preparation, formatting and submission of tender documents and proposals
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing and operations to ensure bids are accurate and consistent
  • Maintain bid records and provide administrative support throughout the bid process, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Develop an understanding of industry standards, client expectations and market trends to strengthen future bids
