As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again!

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes)
  • Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses
  • Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue
  • Processing correct payments on the tills
  • Demonstrate Simmons values every single day

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience isn't necessary
  • We will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks
