Job Description

Trainee Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care. You'll provide structured guidance, assess workplace evidence, and help learners achieve their qualifications.

Job Responsibility

  • Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey

  • Create Individual Learning Plans and track progress

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in health and social care (adults)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • DBS check (cost covered)

Nice to have

  • Welsh language skills
  • Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
  • EWC registration or prior training experience
