Job Description:

Training to become a qualified accountant is a rewarding and challenging career and can open up a whole host of opportunities for you. Albert Goodman are looking to train and develop people who could be our future partners and leaders, and our vacancies are open to graduates with any degree, as well as school leavers, and those looking for a career change. Our trainees are an important part of our strategy and the growth of our firm.

Job Responsibility:

Completing a chosen training qualification (AAT, ACA, ATT, ACA/CTA)
Being an integral member of the team
Providing a professional service to clients
Gaining hands-on experience needed to become a qualified accountant

Requirements:

Confident and collaborative team player
Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
Happy working accurately with figures
Competent at studying and passing exams
For AAT/ATT: Ideally a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English and a minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent)
For ACA/CTA: Ideally a minimum of a 2:2 in your degree or equivalent, although the subject of your degree is not important
