Job Responsibility:

  • Support to the Accounts Department in the daily management with clients
  • Support in the preparation of client budgets
  • Assisting in the development of briefs
  • Ensuring that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing
  • Preparation and presentation of the agency's proposals to the client
  • Assisting in the coordination, on time and on budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign
  • Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project
  • Support in the coordination of the execution of the campaigns
  • Support in the production of the different pieces of a campaign with the creative department
  • Help in the coordination with the administration department

Requirements:

  • Student in the end year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies or related Master's degree
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school
  • High level of English (C1 or bilingual)
