Job Description:

Trainee Account Executive role at Hogarth, the Global Content Production Company, part of WPP. The role involves supporting the Accounts Department in client management, budget preparation, brief development, campaign coordination, and production support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support to the Accounts Department in the daily management with clients
  • Support in the preparation of client budgets
  • Assisting in the development of briefs
  • Ensuring that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefing
  • Preparation and presentation of the agency's proposals to the client
  • Assisting in the coordination, on time and on budget, of the production associated with each project or campaign
  • Execution of the administrative procedures associated with the project
  • Support in the coordination of the execution of the campaigns
  • Support in the production of the different pieces of a campaign with the creative department
  • Help in the coordination with the administration department

Requirements:

  • Student in the end year of Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Business Studies or related Master's degree
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a university or official school
  • High level of English (C1 or bilingual)
  • Previous experience in an accounts team is an asset

  • Building relationships with brokers to deliver excellent levels of service
  • Achieving and exceeding individual QA (Quality Assurance) and compliance targets
  • Accurate entry of policy and financial data into internal software platforms
  • Ad hoc administrative duties and support to Account Handlers for the maintenance of client files
