Job Responsibility:
You will work directly with students on the autism spectrum, implementing data-driven programs and mastering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Learn as You Earn: Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training
Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills
Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support
You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs
Requirements:
Passion over Experience: You don't need a teaching degree yet. We value personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs
Resilience: The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress
Education: A degree is preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education), but we welcome candidates with strong A-Levels and a heart for social care
